Since joining Terminal in 2023, Alina has consistently stepped up to the plate, bringing her talents, dedication, and versatility to our team. From managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, government reporting, and reception to growing into an accounting role, Alina has embraced change and continued to take on new challenges as our company has grown.

Alina has played an important role in training new employees, improving workflows, and taking on responsibilities previously handled by outside professionals. Most recently, she stepped up to help cover a coworker’s workload during a medical leave, demonstrating not only her reliability but also her genuine care and concern for those around her.

Her positive attitude, integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to help wherever needed make her an invaluable part of the Terminal Ready-Mix family. We are grateful for the dedication she brings to work every day and the difference she makes for our team.

Dave is truly the Swiss Army knife of our team — he brings a wide range of skills to the table and has the ability to jump into just about any task that needs to get done. Whether it’s repairing diesel engines and mixers in our Huron shop, coordinating the ordering and tracking of parts, or jumping behind the wheel of a mixer truck to help haul concrete when needed, Dave is always willing to step up and get the job done. 💪
