Blacktop going down in Roseville. 👊

With Ace Roseville and Campus Oaks neighboring each other, the schedule worked in our favor. Our crews were able to sequence the work between both projects and roll straight from one paving operation into the next.

Big upgrades across the Western fleet. 🚧

We’ve outfitted all of our equipment with the latest Trimble Civil Construction machine control technology—including mastless systems on our blades and dozers, new rover and base stations, and fully automatic capabilities on our skip loaders.

Setting grade; A multi faceted position that requires the ability to understand and read plans, Communicate expectations from foreman to crew, Keep the project moving forward, problem solve, technologically savvy. These positions are hard to find in an age where technology is making it easier but requiring less job knowledge. Western uses technology to our advantage whenever possible, however having employees who know and can stay productive without it is a key asset we have and love.
