A bit of a fun announcement!

I was asked to be a guest on a podcast! Very out of left field for me. I even told her I was boring when she first asked. 😅

I'm SOOOO glad I said yes. It was alot of fun, and Mary Evelyn Lewis was an awesome person to chat with. I'm glad to have had another push outside of my very, VERY tiny comfort zone.

The weekend is over, and routine is back for us as the kids head into their first full week of school!

Our oldest earned his driver's permit a couple of weeks ago. I have been out riding with him a few times, but today was Dad's first time.

There's something about seeing both your tiny, 7 lbs 6 oz first born behind the wheel of a vehicle, having to let go of that safety net and the man you love being the dad you imagined for your babies when you saw those two pink lines. It's quite a surreal feeling.

Tonight, I'm heading to bed happy for the opportunities I'm blessed with by being a stay at home mom. I'm know I'm fortunate to have all this time with our four boys and to be able to pursue my interests. I'm grateful for a husband who works so hard and provides so our family has this life.

16 years together and he still gets to me ❤
