🔥 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🔥
👷‍♂️ JUSTIN TUCKER | LEAD PRODUCTION FOREMAN

💪 Every company has someone who shows up when the job gets hard.

At Heavy Civil Support, that’s Justin Tucker. 🦺

Justin has been with HCS since our first big install, back when we were still proving what this company could do. From day one, he’s helped set the standard for what hard work, leadership, and getting the job done right looks like.

🏗️ Since then, Justin has been the steady hand on some of our most difficult jobs.

He leads from the front.
He takes care of his crew.
He holds the line on quality.
And he doesn’t back down when the job gets tough. 💯

👊 That’s the kind of leadership we value at HCS.

Off the jobsite, Justin is a devoted family man ❤️ — and that same commitment, loyalty, and work ethic carries over into everything he does for this team.

🙏 Justin, thank you for your time, dedication, and leadership.

You’ve been a big part of building HCS, and you’re an even bigger part of where we’re headed. 🚀

Built by people. Driven by work.
Heavy Civil Support. ⚒️

🚨 New Project Alert! 🚨

HCS is proud and fired up to share that Phillips Inc. has called on our team to pull out a sheet pile system they installed. 💪🚧

This one means a lot. Phillips Inc. has built a reputation in this industry that truly speaks for itself, and for HCS to be one of the numbers they call when it is time to come in, execute, and get the job done is a huge honor. 🤝🔥

Our crew will be stepping in to handle the sheet pile removal so their mainline crews can stay focused on critical scope and keep the project moving forward. That is what strong partnerships are all about: trusted teams, clear ex*****on, and everyone doing their part to keep production on track. 🏗️⚙️✅

We are beyond excited for this opportunity and grateful for the trust. Time to go to work. 👊

HCS — Built to show up. Trusted to get it done.

"I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die." – John 11:25

As we celebrate Easter, we reflect on the profound meaning of Jesus’s resurrection—a powerful reminder of hope, renewal, and the ultimate promise of new life for all of humanity. It is a time to pause, give thanks, and celebrate the light that overcomes the darkness.

At Heavy Civil Support (HCS), we are grateful for the opportunity to serve our communities across the state of Florida. Just as a strong foundation is essential for a lasting structure, faith and hope are the foundations of a meaningful life. Whether we are working on permanent or temporary sheet pile installations, our commitment to strength, reliability, and excellence remains unwavering.

From our family to yours, we wish you a blessed, joyful, and Happy Easter! ✝️🐰
