✨Just getting to know us?

// Our Owner is a State Licensed Residential Contractor and Certified Building Contractor. Our commitment to your investment starts with stewardship.

// We’re a family business at our core, rooted in the craftsmanship Sean’s father, Clark, began decades ago. What started as a custom millwork shop has grown into a full design-build studio now led by Sean and Kimberly. That generational foundation shapes the way we design, build, and care for every home—always with the same attention we’d give our own.

// We are a design-build contractor with a design forward approach. This means our team not only plans and estimates the construction but also the full design and selections from the beginning of your project concept. We are the same team that builds it!

The cabinetry in the loft update turned out just like the renderings. Pillows and lighting make a cozy nook to read a book.

Kelvin who? ✨ Curious? The cheat sheet’s right here.

When you work with us, you never have to know. We obsess over color temperature so your kitchen never looks like a dentist’s office at 9pm. Leave the nerding to us.

Swipe to see the before! The stairs and new flooring throughout the home was part of a full home remodel in Windermere.

We replaced the flooring with engineered floor. This allowed the client to have a custom tile inlay at the foyer and mosaic tile transitions to tiled rooms. They also didn’t have to be concerned about their baby grand piano on a floor that was not specified for the weight.

Removing drywall half walls and replacing with rail and baluster allowed for the daylight to flow and the space to feel less builder grade and elevated to their style.

Every detail came together to create a perfect bathroom for the owners. The shower floor tile design, checkered bathroom floor, stone remnant from the kitchen, wallpaper, custom vanity and shelves, mirrors and lighting.

The key to a well finished project is planning and an experienced team. AI is helpful in the beginning but can’t plan for the nuances of a remodel.

As a design build, we bring our trades into the design process and our design team into the build process. This is the best fit for homeowners who don’t want to run their project and have the pressure of costly decisions.
