Today’s project was a great example of why trenchless sewer repair is such a game changer for East Texas cities and commercial properties.

We were called out to repair a cracked and shifted sewer line entering a city manhole in a highly visible commercial area. Since the property owner had recently poured new concrete, the city preferred a trenchless solution to avoid tearing everything up and leaving behind an ugly patch job.

Our crew was able to remove the damaged section and install a new cured-in-place pipe liner from the manhole connection all the way to the transition point where the city sewer meets the customer-owned line. The liner was UV cured for a fast, durable repair with minimal disruption.

This one came with a few challenges:
✔️ 21’ deep manhole
✔️ Sewer inlet located 12’ underground
✔️ Confined space entry procedures required
✔️ Full PPE, harnesses, tripod setup, gas monitors, and fresh air ventilation utilized for crew safety

The best part? We left the office at 8:15 AM, completed the liner install and UV cure, and were back planning the second job of the day by 10:30 AM.

That’s the power of advanced trenchless technology, preparation, and a solid crew.

Out with the old, in with the new! 👊

We recently replaced an 18-year-old tankless water heater at a commercial facility here in East Texas. The existing unit was at the point where it needed a new heat exchanger, and investing more money into major repairs just didn’t make sense for the customer long term.

We upgraded the system to a new high-efficiency State condensing tankless water heater for improved performance, reliability, and energy savings. 🔥💧

This installation required:
✔️ Removal of the old stainless steel venting
✔️ Installation of new PVC venting for the condensing unit
✔️ Running a new condensate drain line
✔️ Full system upgrade and rework to meet the new unit requirements

The end result is a clean, efficient installation that will provide dependable hot water for years to come.

Not every plumbing company can line 2” pipe… but we can.

We recently busted through a slab inside a customer’s home after locating a collapsed combination fitting where the kitchen sink and washing machine lines tied together. Once exposed, we installed a cured-in-place pipe liner from that point to the kitchen sink line, to the washing machine line, and finally out to the main sewer.

This type of trenchless sewer repair takes specialized equipment, training, and experience — and lining 2” pipe is something only a handful of companies in the nation are capable of doing.

Another successful sewer repair project completed in Kilgore, TX. 💪

We recently helped an apartment complex with a failing sewer line under one of the units. After opening the slab and exposing the collapsed section, we removed the damaged pipe and found severe trench rot running both directions from that point.

Instead of busting up around 60 feet of concrete inside the apartment, our team prepped the existing sewer line by descaling it with our Raptor system, then installed cured-in-place pipe liners in both directions and cured them with UV light. For the short run toward the stack, we used our Versa Light system for a clean UV-cured repair.

This trenchless sewer repair approach saved the property from major demolition, downtime, and extra cost — while restoring the sewer line the right way.
