A little before & after magic for one of our landlords . 👏

This rental property got a MUCH NEEDED deck refresh, and it’s amazing what a safe, clean outdoor space can do for the overall look of a home.

Whether you’re preparing for new tenants, increasing your property’s value, or simply replacing an aging deck that’s become a liability, investing in exterior improvements can pay off.

If you own rental properties in East Texas, we’d love to help you make them more attractive, safer, and move-in ready.

There’s something about a rainy day in East Texas. 🌧️

The sound of rain hitting a covered patio.
A cup of coffee.
A good book.
No bugs.
No sunburn.
No reason to head back inside.

The best outdoor spaces aren’t just for sunny days..they’re built to be enjoyed year-round.
Stay dry out there, East TX. ❤️

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America! ❤️🤍💙

Today we’re celebrating more than a milestone. We’re celebrating the freedom to gather with the people we love, the communities we’re proud to call home, and the simple moments that become lifelong memories.

From backyard cookouts and fireworks to laughter on the porch long after the sun goes down, we’re grateful to be part of a community that values family, hard work, and neighbors looking out for one another.

Thank you to our customers, friends, veterans, active military, and first responders who help make this country and East Texas such a special place to call home.

Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day.

God Bless America. 🇺🇸
