KSA KSA a Pape-Dawson company. Founded in 1978, the firm has grown to over 150 employees located in multiple offices in the south central U.S. and Canada.

Construction is officially underway, and our team is proud to provide engineering design, construction administration, grant administration, and construction oversight services for this impactful project. As new runway and taxiway lighting is installed to enhance safety and operations, one of the original lights was saved as a project keepsake. 💡

2026 Oklahoma Airport of the Year and home to the OU School of Aviation, the Airfield Optimization Project will expand the airport’s capabilities to support OU and its future in the Southeastern Conference. ✈️
