Meet our Spotlight Teacher, Amy!
"Hello, my name is Amy, and I am a second-grade reading teacher at Orr Elementary in Tyler, TX. As a first-generation college student, I understand the power of education and the opportunities it can create. When I was little I loved to read and that inspired me to become a reading teacher. I want my students to discover the same joy. A $250 gift card would help me purchase literacy manipulatives, board games and station materials that make reading practice fun and interactive.
