Sometimes your metal roof just needs some TLC, not extra sealant.

Aside from replacing all of the rusted screws, we installed new flashing on the chimney and turbines. We also replaced all of the rubber boots on the plumbing stacks. This metal roof can now be worry free for another 10 - 15 years.

Custom onsite metal for areas that were improperly flashed!

The homeowner had a leak and the people that did the stucco had created a spot for water to enter. We sealed it up and diverted the water.

Know who’s on your roof!!!

While doing a repair for a general contractor, I noticed an HVAC company made some pe*******ons on the roof in another area. This is not a proper roof pe*******on and is just filled with spray foam. This will leak soon and could cause a lot of $$$$
