We performed a Full roof tear-off since our thermal scan revealed over 66% moisture saturation beneath the existing SPF roof system.

We installed ISO board insulation topped with a 60 mil TPO single-ply membrane, backed by a 20-year warranty.

We tore off the old gravel built-up roof and installed a 24 gauge standing seam metal roof. 💪

Proud of our crew on this one. 🙌 And a big thank you to the Chamber for trusting us with their building. This one was special for us — they do so much for local businesses like ours, so getting to take care of theirs meant a lot. 🤝
