Big shout out to Nikalos and Cristina Tarkington for trusting Pickett Construction to come out and build them a new back porch! Due to water leaking at roof line. Water started to come into there soffits and fascia resulting in rot in framing,fascia and soffit. We put more of a pitch on there new porch and went back with R-panel & Die form trim flashing to prevent leaks in the future. Also trimed out underneath and replaced some fascia board! Thank yall again for the business! We look forward to building y’all’s shop in the future!
