My new type foam for filling voids has recently filled a large air gap under a house, filled a underground abandoned pipe that was 140 feet long, filled the space of a washout culvert, and four sections of a washout driveway endanger of collapsing. Customer called and said his three acre pond dam was in jeopardy of a washout. He drained the pond first. We prepared the ends of the 4” drain pipe so that I could fill the entire 140’ of pipe, that was buried deep under the dam, with a inert dense foam. Job went well and we capped the ends when the pipe was full of the curing foam. The threat of the pipe corroding and failing was eliminated. You may have a similar issue or concern. Pool deck had started to settle and drop. 3” voids under the deck. My newest foam will flow beneath the slab and fill the voids with the same density as dirt. But it want shrink or wash away. Most pool decks can be filled in 2-3 hours. Give me a call if you would like peace of mind of knowing your pool deck or patio is properly supported and stabilized. Great for supporting washed out driveways too.

I had to lift this 15’x15’ section as well but you can see it is sinking because of the water and muddy void conditions beneath this heavy slab of concrete. Had it not sunk, the detected void could have been filled and supported with another foam, I have, same as dirt density, and erosion resistant. Look for the signs before the concrete slab starts sinking or breaking up. It does great beneath driveways, pool decks, and roadways.

Hi everyone! I am excited to share my new foam process with you for filling small and large voids and sinkholes. These can be in ground, tanks, piping, washouts, erosion areas, behind seawalls, and under pool decks. Many house slab foundations have large air gaps under them. My foam is flowable and I can make the density psi the same as compacted dirt or road grade fill. It has lots of qualities. Give me a call and I will answer any questions you may have. It will fill any voids, washout, or sinkhole. Fill those decommissioned underground tanks, sewer systems, large piping, or culverts that you are afraid to drive over. Fill those large voids under your house, shop, driveway, pool decks, or behind your lakeside seawall. This foam is erosion resistant.
