Are you looking for a reliable contractor to do a renovation for a kitchen, bath or other project? Check out this recent review from a client that we did a project for! Give Tim a call to get scheduled!

Tim Henton was great to work with. We had a project that we brought Tim into later that was a bit of a mess with City permitting but Tim guided us through the process with professionalism and a sense of humor and always level headed reasoning. Tim was straightforward and honest, He is extremely capable and honest in sharing strengths and weaknesses. He was 100% communicative, willing, and amenable to work with our limited budget creatively. There were no surprises from Tim, we faced surprises from the City, but not from Tim, change orders all made sense and were presented in a timely manner.
Tim was very neat on the job site and was respectful that he was working in a home we were still living in. He was understanding of our concerns and LISTENED to what we had to say.
I recommend Tim not only as a homeowner but also as a fellow tradesman.

Just finished up the final details on this half bath/laundry room buildout in Boulder.

When we began it was just a laundry room. We moved the washer and dryer plumbing, stacked the washer and dryer and plumbed in a new toilet and vanity.

Any renovation comes with a unique set of challenges. This one was no different but great collaboration between us, as the general contractor, homeowners and tradesmen enabled navigation of the challenges and an end product that is both functional and beautiful.

New to Northern Colorado!

We recently moved to Colorado after 26 years on the Oregon Coast.

We bring 25 plus years experience in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction & project management, as well as an eye for beauty and function coupled with a love of seeing spaces renovated.

The love of seeing spaces transformed, becoming not only functional, beautiful spaces but places where life thrives, memories are made and connections flourish, is why we do what we do.

We are licensed in the City of Longmont as well as the City of Boulder and will expand that as the demand arrises. We are insured and bonded.
