It’s awesome to finally install some casing on these Marvin windows. The Uponor radiant heat throughout this project will make for a comfortable and efficient space. This living room and kitchen renovation is nearing completion👍🏻

This kitchen was in need of some TLC! We installed a great deal of new LVLs and framing to level the floor, ceiling, and exterior walls. This project also included new Marvin windows, as well as Advantech sub flooring, and Uponor radiant heat for maximum efficiency. We created and prepped a custom cabinet and lighting layout based on our customers vision for this space. Lastly, we used Rockwool and spray foam insulation for soundproofing and optimal thermal retention. We are extremely pleased with how this project is coming along👍🏻

After installing the new floating floor, we fabricated and installed this awesome mud room built-in. The customer provided us with the design, we then adjusted the dimensions to fit their specific need. Really pleased with how this turned out!👍🏻

We replaced the lower portion of this deck for a client in Flemington. All staircases around the deck we’re supported and re-decked, as well as all deck boards replaced. We also added a refreshment table for poolside drinks!👍🏻

This was for a client in Bedminster. We removed the load bearing wall and installed a new header to open up the living space between the kitchen and dining room. All necessary electric was moved, and new dining room lights added and centered to create an equal appearance between the two rooms. A tile transition was also added to help tie both together. This one is just about ready for paint!

We love helping our customers obtain the most out of their living space! Attic doors and finished attic spaces are one of the best ways to maximize storage, or even create a cool hangout for the kids. This customer was able to reclaim their basement with the new storage space!

This was a first floor renovation in collaboration with Optimal Building and Remodeling. We removed all the framing on this first floor to create an open layout with new LVL and PSL headers to achieve the customers design. After framing the new layout we installed new Andersen 400 windows in the foyer, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, mud room, and living room. In addition, we installed a new mahogany double front door, and Andersen 400 rear sliding door. Lastly, we matched and replaced the siding to tie everything together. We love bringing our customers designs to life!👍🏻

Awesome installation of this Flitch beam we fabricated for this open layout plan. This is one of 4 beams that will be tied together with steel columns and brackets allowing us to maximize the space on this first floor.
