🤯 We still can’t quite wrap our heads around the fact that one of our favorite international design publications flew a team of world-class filmmakers all the way from Australia to our NYC studio to feature us in their Design Masterclass series!!!
Watch it now at the link in our bio!!
Huge thanks to the team at The Local Project for all the incredible work you all put into this one! We’re truly so honored to be a part of it! (And we’re ready to start shooting our buddy comedy movie whenever you are! 😂)

About 15 years as a studio, about 20 talented designers on the team, about 1,500 gallons of caffeine consumed, and now... Forbes has named us one of the Top 200 Residential Architecture Firms!!

Though it feels like we’ve been in the game for a good amount of time, it also feels like we’re just starting! Recognition for our work like this never gets old. We don’t take for granted that we get to design inspiring places for inspiring people—and we can’t wait to share even more of what we have in the works.

Thanks to the over 45k of you following along and rooting for us. Things are looking UP!

Home is beauty in motion.

At Victory Lap, our recently completed residence on Long Island, we leaned on elegant and classic design solutions that not only stand the test of time—but also adapt to the clients as their needs change. The result is a home that feels alive as it grows with the homeowners.

Imagine tapping into a sense of wonder every time you return home.

At Boomerang House, an under-construction Montauk residence, we chose to allow the architecture itself to act as a retaining wall, giving off the impression of compression upon entry and then blooming into an expansive, open-air planted courtyard.

The luxury of feeling right at home.

Fourth Noir, our fourth project with our long-time clients, embodies a moody but comfortable minimalism. Channeling the spirit of a boutique hotel lounge, the interiors are distinguished by subtle dark tones and luxe details that both welcome and inspire.

Home is for living for today—and tomorrow.

When our clients, an active couple with a wealth of life experience, came to us looking for a home that would suit both current lifestyle as well as their plans to age-in-place, we were excited about the design challenge.

Without compromising, we leaned on elegant and classic design solutions that not only stand the test of time—but also adapt to the clients as their needs change. From seamless floor thresholds between spaces to extra wide hallways for clear circulation, every detail contributes to the goal of our clients aging gracefully in their forever home.
