Appease Builders LLC was formed with the customer in mind. There are a lot of contractors on the playing field and handymen services are a dime-a-dozen. We wanted to create a niche in this industry that protected the consumer, provided an array of trades and afforded a pricing structure that enticed the customer.
The company opened its doors in 2015 and while we did not take on major work then, our focus was to make the company easily found on the Internet as well as on multiple social media platforms. Let’s face it, for the bigger jobs we could not stand a chance when compared to the big box stores... at least not then. There is a lot of fly-by-night companies that are only after that large money-making project and they are nowhere to be found on the world-wide-web. For the big box stores, they only take on whole projects at premium pricing and substandard customer service and even then, only a selected few projects will pass as acceptible within there structure. So we set out to create a company that focused on the client, a model that was able to provide flexibility with its projects, provide a fair pricing structure, to be known on social media and finally a company that is referred by many.
Having the opportunity to work in a big box hardware store, our founder would see contractors come and go. Some quite and others a bit more chatty... they would sometimes come in to sip on some coffee and say hello. Some were electricians, others plumbers, a select few focused on a special niche and others your General Contractors. What they all had in common, was that they had their specific focus on a particular trade. So we thought to our selves, what if we could create a company that could bring together all the different trades under one umbrella. A company that if you need plumbing done and then repair is needed to the drywall, tile work or any other damage caused by the plumbing discovery, that it could get done under one roof. A company that can accomplish almost any trade.
Finally, there’s that reaching into our pockets to pay for that project or repair we just completed. Staying competitive, while providing excellent workmanship. This was actually very simple for us, bundling services together under one umbrella is key, we could provide multiple trades while staying extremely competitive.
