Getting to know employee-owned: how do you become eligible?

All team members are eligible to participate provided they have completed one full year of service with at least 1,000 hours worked. Participants are eligible to enter the plan on January 1st or July 1st following the completion of one year of service.

When fully vested, you own 100% of the shares in your account.

After year (2) two completion, you are allocated shares in annual increases. Year 2 – 20%, year 3 – 40%, year 4 – 60%, year 5 – 80% and year 6 – 100% vested.
