1. Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Cost Accounting System:
• Update material cost when required/scheduled, maintain cost procedures, review cost variances on a regular basis;
• Provide solutions and training for daily inventory problems globally;
• Review and manage various inventory controls and transactions within the Oracle ERP system (manage the entry of miscellaneous inventory adjustments to ensure required approvals are obtained and coding is correctly stated; maintain the accuracy of inventory is through cycle counting or physical inventory counting; audit and validate inventory transactions);
• Design and develop procedures and policies for the cost accounting system;
2. Manage the activities and personnel of the Cost Accounting function:
• Manage the local plants’ month-end closing activities;
