Customer in Vegas went with our Touch of Blue flake blend for this entire garage, and the sunlight hitting it really brings out the depth of color in that blend. 💙 Diamond ground and polyaspartic sealed wall to wall, with the existing expansion joint running through as the only break in an otherwise seamless floor. This color is quickly becoming one of our favorites to install.

This one is still mid construction, cabinets going in, walls not even painted yet, but the floor is already done and already glossy. 🏗️ Solid gray grind and seal, polyaspartic topcoat, laid down early so the rest of the build happens on a finished surface instead of bare concrete. Smart move whenever new construction allows it.

This is exactly why we grind before we coat. 🔍 That's a real before shot, oil stained raw concrete that had been sitting under clutter and renovation gear for who knows how long. Diamond grinding strips all of that out completely before a single drop of epoxy goes down, which is how the finished floor ends up looking brand new instead of stained through. Before and after, same garage, same slab, completely different result.

This garage already has a mini split installed, which tells us the customer plans to actually use this space year round, not just park in it. ❄️ Gray flake floor, diamond ground, polyaspartic sealed, built to hold up whether it's a workshop, a gym, or just a really nice place to hang out with the AC running.
