Routine maintenance is key 🔑

This unit was noisy! We found worn spider bearings and a misaligned pulley.

Installed new spider bearings, torqued all set screws, realigned the pulleys, tensioned belt, cleaned pan & pump, connected water line and commissioned this beauty.

On to the next!

This was a cool project, we received a call from St Stephen Church in Big Pine in regard to poor parking lot lighting. The led lights were not cutting it and they wanted to be proactive for their members and provide adequate lighting for them.

Figured out a clean solution for their problem. Recessed footings, underground conduit/electrical and a digital timer.

Service call, unit not cooling. Found line set improperly flared and leaked the refrigerant charge out.

Re flared, pressure tested, vacuumed and weighed in the factory charge. Shes a happy camper now ❄️🥶
