Our other crew started one of 3 buildings in Manchester for Severino Trucking a week ago and making great progress! Our friends at SS Floors will be placing the slabs for us as well!

Newbury project moving forward our friends at SS Concrete floors placed the 65 yd monolithic slab with our crew with our crew and then a crew from Caruso steel came in and tied up the 21’ tall walls after the site contractor Francouer Bros backfilled the slab area. Our wall crew set the first 9’ lift we return next week to get the remaining 12’ high of forms set for placement right after Labor Day!

Walls complete on this Dump Hopper! Quite an undertaking to rehab an existing structure and make it new! Great job by our crew! Now we wait for backfill and place a concrete beam for the wheel stop for the rock trucks! Then we place the approach slab grade beams and slab! Great seeing this new crushing plant come together for our great customer Brox Industries.

Another crew down in Hudson working on installing footings and rebar for an upgrade to the Dump Hopper for crushing rock! This is a total makeover with 18” thick and 16’ high partially 1 sided walls and buttresses for a cast in place beam to receive the cast in place wheel stop and approach ramp! Over 40 years of service to the Brox family!

One crew this week put this base slab together then 2” of HD spray foam was added to the bottom and today we installed the bottom mat of mostly 8 bar. Monday install top mat and wall dowels. This is a 3 level building walls will be 21’ tall and the 2 stall garage will be up top then 2 floors of living space below! Slab is a continuous placement acting as the footings as well! Great views of Lake Sunapee as well!! We tend to get a lot of unique projects but that is what keeps us at the top of our game!! This is for one of our many high quality builders in the industry Youngblood Builders.

On our other project today I had to share the high quality work! Hard to believe it’s cast in place and not precast! 💪

Our Quarry project is coming along as the crew is finishing up section 2&4 with conveyor footings and crushing equipment pads we will be jumping into section 3 next where the heavy work comes in! Always great to work with our great customer of 41 years strong Brox industries !!
