The before and after photos of this project are dramatic. We added almost 850 sq. ft of living space to this gorgeous Wheaton home. A full three seasons room with screens in all the openings, a new fireplace and partition walls with custom fireplace and inset TV, six throughout the space, full sound system, built in grilling station with exhaust hood, copper standing seam roof, and the list goes on. It was one of the biggest undertakings we ever had and our crews crushed it. Thanks to for entrusting us with this build and all your phenomenal patio and landscaping work. Thanks to and all our guys for their attention to detail and craftsmanship. Hoping these great clients have many years of enjoyment out of the space.

Stay tuned to see how this backyard transformation finishes up- 38’-0” x 20’-0” pool side pavilion attached back into the house. This oasis will feature a custom stone bar with grill, refrigerators and stainless steel cabinetry. We’ll add in 3- infrared heaters, ceiling fans, can lighting, sconces on the posts and a chandelier - not to mention a full custom masonry fireplace which will house a 65” TV and full audio system throughout the pavilion. Masons will be onsite soon to start the stone work and these clients will be ready for Spring 2026.

Inspired by Greene and Greene architecture that matches the existing residence - this outdoor living space looks like it always should have been here. Featuring exposed cedar timber beams and rafters, custom masonry pillars and walls, .official pizza oven, cantilevered pergola over the finish area, custom back lit shelving, copper accent trim on the roof and rafters tails. This build has been a couple years in the making from design meetings and planning to construction this summer and fall. with amazing work as always on the patio and landscaping and design.

Another in progress build up in Lake Forrest we stopped by today to wrap up some trim and ceiling work. Copper gutters being installed this along with copper standing seam accent roof on the gables. Stay tuned for some more views of this amazing backyard transformation

A little in progress shot of our Wheaton project. This pool side cabana and pergola are taking shape this week. Can’t wait to share the finished project with all the details in a few weeks after patio and landscaping are completed around the pool.

A backyard paradise ! We designed and built this custom deck and custom cedar pergola for these clients in Palos recently featuring a custom curved end, Westbury Aluminum rails and TimberTech decking. came in with an absolutely amazing water feature with spill bowls, waterfalls, bridges and landscaping.
