My Generac generator did not come on Sunday night after we lost power in the neighborhood. Maurice came out within 30 minutes, found the fix (software update that maintenance year ago missed), and gave me a tutorial on how to keep it running well - all at reasonable rate at 8PM on a Sunday night. Extremely knowledgeable about the generator and accurately showed me some problems I didn’t know I had. All problems a local generator repair person completely missed. Found out he owns the company. Best customer service ever experienced.

We had another company install the generator and it didn't work. Rob-Lynn came out, hooked up the gas line correctly and rewired to make sure the transfer switch worked. They not only were very friendly but very responsive to our call. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend.
