This past couple months, our crew has been on site in Chicago's West Pullman Neighborhood, donating their labor to help build the latest phase of 's latest townhomes. For the residential and parking structure at Veridian Experience , the development team at UrbanStreet Group and Nicholas & Associates, Inc. chose cast-in-place concrete because it offered an unbeatable combination of speed and efficiency.

That decision is now taking shape across a 75,000 SF residential footprint and 444,000 SF of supported slab, where large single-placement pours and coordinated PT work keep the project moving at a steady pace. The 230,000 SF cast in place parking structure is being built concurrently with the residential component.

At 626 S Wabash, we partnered with Clark Construction Group to construct a 19-story, 210,000 SF residential tower in the south loop of Chicago’s, wedged between existing buildings, bordered by CTA tracks, and accessible only through Wabash Avenue.

Despite the constraints, our team moved fast and safe—four weeks ahead of schedule—proving once again that precision planning, strong partnerships, and cast-in-place are the foundation of speed to market.

Downtown Chicago doesn’t offer much elbow room, but that’s never stopped us.

At 626 S Wabash, our team is wrapping up the structure of a 19-story, 210,000 SF residential tower with Clark Construction Group for developer DAC Development and Melrose Ascension Capital. The south loop site is as challenging as it gets, wedged between existing buildings, bordered by CTA tracks, and accessible only through Wabash Avenue.

By developing a plan to work within the challenging site, Adjustable Concrete Construction keeps projects moving with precision and speed. The result is a build four weeks ahead of schedule, giving Clark and the developer an earlier handoff and faster path to market.
