For the residential and parking structure at Veridian Experience , the development team at UrbanStreet Group and Nicholas & Associates, Inc. chose cast-in-place concrete because it offered an unbeatable combination of speed and efficiency.
That decision is now taking shape across a 75,000 SF residential footprint and 444,000 SF of supported slab, where large single-placement pours and coordinated PT work keep the project moving at a steady pace. The 230,000 SF cast in place parking structure is being built concurrently with the residential component.
In this video, Adjustable Concrete Construction Project Manager, Steve Bryan, gives a look at how the operation comes together on Level 07, showing how cast-in-place enables remarkable progress on a site with multiple active work fronts. It’s a practical example of why more suburban multifamily projects are turning to cast-in-place concrete when scale, speed-to-market, and longevity matter.
