Semper Fi Construction was founded with one clear mission: to bring honor, integrity, and customer-first service to every project. Our founder, Dominick Passo, began his career over 15 years ago in the home improvement industry, learning the trade from the ground up—roofing, restoration, remodeling, and project management. In 2021, he launched Excel Roofing & Restoration, which quickly became known for its reliability, craftsmanship, and strong customer relationships. The company’s growth was fueled by one driving force: the belief that construction is more than building structures—it’s about serving people and protecting what matters most. That vision led to the creation of Semper Fi Construction, a full-service residential and commercial construction company. Today, we provide everything from roofing and storm restoration to windows, siding and all exterior needs, with the added support of an in-house public adjuster division to guide clients through complex insurance claims.
