Murder, they wrote...
The air waves are filled with stories about "Murder Hornets", however, the truth is, the stories are more "hype" than "hurt".
Experts told the Associated Press that the "hornet hype" reminds them of the 1970's "African Honeybee scare". Fact is, "Murder Hornets" haven't made it East of the Mississippi, and the threat they pose out West is to hives of honeybees, not us.
The current threat to Georgia is Mosquitoes, and lots of them.
The rainy Winter provided numerous breeding sites and our usual enemy, the Asian Tiger mosquito, as well as the Yellow Fever mosquito, are breeding like...well, like mosquitoes. Good news is, so far there is no evidence that Covid-19 can be carried by mosquitoes, but many other viruses can be, including West Nile, Encephalitis, and the Zika virus.

Effective Mosquito Control is not a myth.
What you need to know...
1) Mosquitoes are often described as one of the deadliest animals in the world due to the diseases they can transmit.

2) Only female mosquitoes bite and feed on humans. They must have blood to lay fertile eggs, and, since mosquitoes breed continuously, search for blood about every two days in order to lay another batch of eggs.

3) The CDC reports that West Nile virus and dengue fever are of greatest concern of Mosquito transmitted diseases in the U.S.

4) The most common mosquito-transmitted affliction that affects dogs and cats is heartworm. Encephalitis, a medical term that means “inflammation of the brain, is a deadly threat to horses, and is transmittable from animals to humans, usually after a mosquito bites an infected bird.

Pronto can reduce mosquito populations in your yard, so you can enjoy going outside again without the annoying itch of bites or the threat of dangerous diseases .
You don't have to be eaten up by hungry mosquitoes!

Jump, Jump, Jump, Bite!
"Ouch! We've got to get rid of these fleas!"
A common phrase in the Summer in Georgia. While I've never met anyone who doesn't know what fleas are, many folks know very little more about them.

Facts About Fleas Maybe You Didn't Know...
1) Fleas only live for about 100 days
2) Females must have a blood meal to lay fertile eggs.
3) Females lay 25-50 eggs per day
4) Eggs are laid on the host (pet) but fall off onto floor.
5) Eggs hatch within 2-5 days under normal conditions.
6) Larva then pupate within 14 days, often faster.
7) Adults emerge in 1-2 weeks, ready to feed.
8) Adults can however live weeks inside before feeding,
but must have blood to begin laying eggs.
9) Adults will feed on 10-15 blood meals per day.

MOST UNKNOWN FACT: Most homeowners find they have a flea problem after their pet is removed from the home while they're away on vacation, when the pet dies, or when moving into a home where the previous owner had a pet inside, leaving the fleas to feed on homeowners.

WOW! Left untreated in a home, one adult female picked up by our pets, can lay 50 eggs, let's say 1/2 are female (25), which within as little as 16 days can lay 50 more, (25) that within 16 more days lay 50 more...1 adult female = 50 X 25 X 25 = 32550 fleas within as little as 35 days!
Without control, in around 90 days, you could have a flea population of over 1/2 Billion Fleas! (and at least half of those will still be laying eggs).

Don't wait for your millions. Get help now from a local professional. You'll be glad you did. Of course, personally,
I'd call Pronto.
