This home is about to undergo an incredible transformation!

It all starts with a brand-new roof, but we’re not stopping there. This project includes:

• A complete roof replacement
• Rebuilding both decks
• Removing the old covered patio to open up the space
• Replacing all exterior dry rot
• Upgrading the outdated tile countertops with beautiful new quartz countertops

By the time we’re finished, this home is going to look and feel completely different. We can’t wait to share the final results and show just how much of a difference quality craftsmanship can make.

What started with the neighbor’s garage catching fire quickly spread to our client’s home, causing significant damage. While no one ever wants to experience something like this, we’re proud to help restore their home and make it whole again.

What started as a water leak and a major disaster turned into the bathroom renovation our clients had always dreamed of.

Water damage affected both bathrooms, the subfloor, and even the flooring in the bedrooms. While it was an unfortunate situation, it gave us the opportunity to completely transform the space.

In the guest bathroom, we installed a new modern tub/shower surround and gave the entire room a much-needed facelift with updated finishes.

The master bathroom received a complete transformation. Our clients had always wanted a freestanding tub, so we redesigned the layout to make it happen. We removed and relocated a wall, replacing the small corner shower with a spacious 75” × 36” custom tiled shower featuring a built-in bench and floor-to-ceiling tile. The result is a bright, open, spa-like space that completely changed the feel of the room.

Seeing the smiles on our clients’ faces when they saw the finished project made all the hard work worth it. They were beyond happy, and that’s exactly why we love what we do.

This is exactly why we test every shower pan before tile is installed.

If you skip this step, even a tiny leak can go unnoticed. Over time, that slow leak can lead to loose or popping tile, rotted subfloor, mold, and thousands of dollars in repairs.

At ADC Construction, we don’t cut corners. We water-test every shower pan because it’s much easier to fix a problem before tile goes in than after your new shower is finished.

Quality isn’t just about how it looks—it’s about making sure it lasts.

All you have to do is spend enough at Home Depot and your Pro Rep will order you a chair you can’t fit in and make you a crown for a picture. 😂👑

That’s the part that really wears you out. Pulling the stakes is one thing, but digging out the grape crowns and root stalks so they don’t come back is a whole different job.

Once you get the root crown out, you’re giving yourself a clean site to build on instead of fighting grape shoots popping up through landscaping or around foundations later.

Hope the ground isn’t too hard today. It’s dirty, backbreaking work, but every row you clear gets you that much closer to having a blank canvas for the next project. Stay safe out there and watch your back—those grape roots can be stubborn. 💪

Pulling grape stakes isn’t glamorous, but it’s one of those jobs where you can literally watch a site transform. Every stake that comes out is one step closer to breaking ground on the next project.

Hope the weather cooperates and the stakes come out without too much of a fight. Stay hydrated, pace yourself, and before long you’ll be looking at a clean slate ready for the next build.

Another successful project completed by ADC Construction!
We recently transformed the attached two-car garage of this duplex in the City of Lodi into a beautiful, fully permitted Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). From design to final inspection, this project is now complete, all inspections have been passed, and the unit is officially move-in ready.

This new living space features a full-size apartment kitchen complete with modern cabinetry, countertops, and full-size appliances, providing everything a tenant needs to feel at home. To maximize functionality, a dedicated laundry area was seamlessly incorporated into the bathroom closet, creating a practical and efficient floor plan without sacrificing valuable living space.

Garage conversions are an excellent way to add rental income, increase property value, or provide housing for family members. We’re proud to have helped another client unlock the full potential of their property with a high-quality ADU built to California code.
