We’re hiring a Substation Maintenance Lead in Middle Georgia.

This is hands-on work keeping the power grid running. You’ll maintain, test, troubleshoot, repair, and replace substation equipment, including transformers, breakers, switches, relays, and battery systems, for utilities across Georgia. Every day is different, and the work matters. When you leave a substation, you know the lights stay on because you did the job right.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a substation, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that has their back. We’re the opposite of corporate. We have heart and soul, and we take care of our people.
