We're continuing our masterclass series with Effective Inventory Management, Inc., focusing on strategies for inventory forecasting. No one knows the future, but these lessons in forecasting will improve your inventory recording accuracy and help determine the accuracy of your forecasts, to hone as you go.

In this session, our group talked through different methods of forecasting and when to use each one. We even discovered tools to forecast for new or sporadic products that can be more challenging to plan for. Next time, we'll dive into setting replenishment parameters to have the right amounts of the right products at the right times.
