At NetPlus Alliance, the Human Resources & Operations team is focused on strengthening both the member experience and the organization behind it. From leading HR Forums, educational resources, and workforce development conversations, to supporting operational planning, shared technology oversight, process improvement, and operating efficiency analysis, their goal is to help create stronger teams, smarter operations, and long-term growth across the network.

At its core, the work is about people, partnership, continuous improvement, and building the infrastructure that allows our members and our organization to succeed. At NetPlus, we're glad to have organized and strategic professionals moving us forward toward individual and collective growth each day.

With Epicor's help, distributors can identify what's slowing their teams down and decide how to remove those obstacles. We examined high-performing teams and took away lessons on how to apply these insights right away.

Each year on Memorial Day, we honor all fallen U.S. military personnel. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice, and we hold and support their families who mourn their loss. It's National Work From Home Day! If you work from home, what would you say benefits you the most?

Hybrid schedules are part of our culture at NetPlus and we've found the right people, tools, and processes to allow us to thrive in this environment.

A WFH format doesn't work for every business or every job type. We have found that this setup works for us, and we've put in the effort to build up good communication practices and genuine trust in our teammates, and empowers us to give our best to our members from wherever we are.

There's nothing better than hitting the road to see NetPlus members! Our development team gets to travel across the country to visit distributors, tour their facilities, and talk through growth strategies. Last month, we had a chance to stop by Capital Tool and Safety Supply in Madison Heights, MI.

At NetPlus, we are committed to providing the right tools, resources, and connections our community needs to grow. One program we're particularly proud of is our Supplier Spend initiative. On a voluntary basis, members provide us with high-level figures outlining which suppliers they're buying from both within our network and outside of it. From there, we're able to support their growth in a number of ways.
