🏙️ Downtown San Antonio restoration—almost complete, with a major turnaround along the way!

Our team at Parker Consulting Services LLC is nearing completion on this commercial/multifamily exterior restoration. During the project, a tree fell onto the property, adding an unexpected challenge.

Here’s how we helped move this project forward:

* 🌳 Removed the fallen tree and hauled away the debris.
* 🔍 Obtained an ITEL report and learned that the existing colors for both the modified bitumen roofing and shingles had been discontinued.
* 📋 Used those findings to support the replacement scope and worked with the customer’s insurance company, resulting in approval for a full roof replacement.
* 🏡 Continued moving the exterior restoration toward the finish line!

👏 A huge shout-out to Llamas Painting for a remarkable job! Juan and his crew go the extra mile, and their hard work and attention to detail show. We appreciate everything they’ve put into this transformation!

Thorough documentation, quality workmanship, and a strong team made a real difference for this property owner. 💪
