Another remodel nearing the finish line.

After all the construction dust, fingerprints, paint specks, and debris, we were called in to put the final touch on it—crystal-clear windows.

It’s always amazing seeing a project fully come to life once the glass is sparkling and the natural light finally shines through the way it’s supposed to.

The details at the end make all the difference.

Another project in the books in Livonia, amazing feedback! 🥹

Just finished up a post construction window clean and WOW! I was so impressed by the quality that I forgot to take pictures. It was a sun room addition with a nearly silent mini split to keep the space comfortable.

When I get post construction cleans, it certainly is a tell on how well the contractors care..

The stickers were removed and very little construction debris on the windows. We still used some elbow grease and a house mixed solution to get all the debris, glue, and water spots removed.

The client even raved to me how exceptional the contractors have been. Keep in mind, this builder contracted me and cover the cost for the client… did you last contractor hire a professional window cleaner after the job was done?

Nothing quite like a second story addition project…they are very involved and complex with many moving parts, but the end product will be worth it!
