Founded in 1918, RAM Construction Services is the oldest and most experienced waterproofing and restoration contractor in the United States. RAM Construction Services has built a solid reputation based on knowledge, experience and reliability. Completing more than 2,000 projects per year, RAM Construction Services has grown into the largest Midwestern contractor specializing in restoration of aging structures, and skilled waterproofing of new structures. Over the years RAM Construction Services has revitalized aging structures dozens of states across the country. The projects range from below-grade waterproofing of a 600,000 square foot auto assembly plant, to weatherproofing a 32-story office tower, to the delicate cleaning and restoration of stone and terracotta on a 100-year old church. Our corporate experience and the individual skill of our superintendents and tradesmen are keys to a successful job. We know what materials and techniques will yield the highest performance for your specific conditions and budgets. RAM Goes Pink!đź’—

Today, on National Mammography Day, the RAM team continues our annual tradition of wearing pink in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It's a tradition we're proud to continue as we help raise awareness about breast cancer, the importance of mammograms, and early detection.

Breast cancer touches the lives of so many individuals, families, friends, and coworkers. Our annual pink day is a simple but meaningful way for our team to show support, encourage awareness, and stand with everyone impacted by breast cancer.

What a great day!

We had such a great time being part of this event and sharing the excitement of the skilled trades with the next generation. It made it even more special that it took place at the future Detroit PBS site, one of RAM Construction Services’ projects!

Hopefully, experiences like this spark curiosity, open some doors, and inspire a few future careers in the skilled trades. We’re excited to see where the next generation takes our industry!

Behind every restoration project is a deeper story waiting to be uncovered.

At the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland, the RAM team recently completed Phase One of restoration work, removing deteriorated parging from the basement and sub-basement levels. Led by Foreman Perry, the crew uncovered hidden conditions that had remained unseen for years, providing critical insight for the next stages of the project.

With restoration and waterproofing work moving forward, our team is helping extend the life of this structure for years to come.
