Another drainage project completed by Toma & Sons Landscaping!

This homeowner was dealing with water management issues around the house, so we installed a new underground drainage system to collect and redirect the water away from the foundation and lawn.

✅ Excavated new drainage route
✅ Connected multiple downspouts
✅ Installed solid underground drain pipe
✅ Installed discharge/outlet system
✅ Backfilled and restored the work area

Fresh sod going down and bringing this yard back to life after the new concrete work. Proper grading, clean transitions, and a fresh lawn make a HUGE difference.

✨ From Worn Out to Welcoming! ✨
Another front entrance transformation is complete! This project gave this home a fresh, clean look while improving both curb appeal and functionality.

🔹 Removed the old wooden porch and replaced it with a custom paver front porch and steps.
🔹 Installed a new paver walkway with a contrasting soldier-course border.
🔹 Added low-voltage LED lighting to the porch and steps for beauty, safety, and nighttime curb appeal.
🔹 Refreshed the landscape beds with new edging, river rock, mulch, and plantings.
🔹 Finished it off with landscape lighting to highlight the home's architectural features and trees after dark.

The nighttime photos really show how much a well-designed lighting system can transform a home. It creates a warm, welcoming entrance while making the walkway and steps much safer after sunset.

Check out this beautiful masterpiece we had the pleasure of bringing back to life in Ann Arbor, Michigan—over 10,000 individual bricks, many of which were 80 years old. Each brick was carefully picked up, cleaned by hand, and reset with absolute precision. Just like the brickwork, every boulder wall was dismantled and painstakingly rebuilt. We love what we do!—bringing history, nature, beauty, and community together.
