Chimney demo part 2 in progress.

Kids started to complain, but they didn't have a choice really 😅

Chimney demo in a bungalow in Wayne, part 1.

We got the kids involved this time.

Could we have paid our employees to do it faster? Sure... But how else would you teach kids how bread is made?

The fire damaged house is getting cleared out today!

It will take at least 3 fourty yard dumpsters but it will get done!

And it will be gorgeous 😍

A year ago or so we did this amazing sunroom in Livonia.

It's finally painted and looks out-of-this-world gorgeous!

If it had a bathroom, I'd just move in there! My favorite project by far!

Almost cracked my ankles trying to avoid that "wild animal hiding in the corner"

They scared me again! I thought they were going to do it and just as I was saying "don't scare me" they did!

Here's part 2 of the Garden City fire damaged house that I purchased a few days ago

It will be cleaned out, all drywall will be removed, all studs and plywood will be replaced...

I am super excited about this new purchase!
