Never Forget.

Today we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001 — the families forever changed, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the strength that rose from the ashes.

From all of us at Cotton Utility Constructors, Inc., we honor the memory of those who perished and the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who showed the world what resilience looks like. We will never forget.

Sam Houston Electric Cooperative offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day. As always, crews will be on call to respond to any power outages.

Members still may access many of our services through our mySamHouston app or on SamHouston.net. Both tools allow members to monitor electricity consumption, check account balances and place service requests.

Members can also access account information through our toll-free number, 800-458-0381, with their account number.

If you experience a power outage, please report it by calling 1-888-444-1207, or reporting it on the App.

Thank you to our guys for your dedication and commitment to this community. We appreciate everything you’re doing.

Cotton Utility Crews are gearing up and heading to Woodville, ready to restore power if needed after storm activity from Edouard.

We’re proud of our crews who work long hours away from home to safely bring power back to the communities that depend on it!
