This morning's parking lot concrete pour at GO Church is a perfect example of the planning and coordination required to keep a project of this size moving forward. With concrete trucks lined up and crews working together, every minute matters to ensure a quality pour from start to finish.

Lilley Industrial Construction is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time position for a a project near McAllen, Texas. Our office is based out of Livingston Tx!

Job duties include:

* Operating a mini excavator
* Leading a labor crew
* Demolishing existing concrete pads and sidewalks
* Excavating electrical trenches
* Drilling concrete piers
* Assisting concrete crews and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

This project is expected to last 5 months. After completion, you will move directly to our next project, making this a full-time position with ongoing work. Travel is required.

Pay is competitive and will be discussed based on experience.
