We are proud to share that construction of the Little Sunshine's Playhouse of Aurora project is complete!

This project consists of the ground up construction of an approximately 12,000 SF daycare facility including porte cochere covered dropoff, 10 dedicated classrooms, a kitchen, and circular director's office. The site work includes parking lot and drivelanes, two playgrounds including tricycle track and shade structures with misters, and retaining wall.

This location marks our 9th LSP location built (with two more already underway in the Arizona market!) As always, we are grateful for our subcontractor partners involved as well as Little Sunshine's Playhouse & Preschool, TR,i Architects, and SSC Engineering for making this project a success!

Construction is underway at the Little Sunshine's Playhouse of Peoria, AZ project!

Our team has been busy with wet utility excavation, pipe laying, backfill, as well as installing the drywell system. We will soon begin backfilling trenches, setting retention tanks, as well as completing the concrete footings and building the site wall.

We are excited to bring another castle to life, and this time in the Arizona market!

We have kicked off construction on the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Laboratory project! This project involves the remodel of an existing laboratory in a functioning hospital setting and multiple phases to allow for continued client use. This project facilitates new Siemens Atellica Lab Analyzer equipment as well as other workflow and aesthetic upgrades to the space. This is a dynamic and closely coordinated effort in coordination with Salas O'Brien, HCA Operations and Safety staff, Lab staff and leadership, and HCM.

Our team is highly experienced and knowledgeable in working collaboratively with safety and infection prevention staff in coordinating Infection Control Risk Assessment and interim life safety conditions throughout MOPs, which allows for the continuation of laboratory operations and continuous safety of surrounding patient environments during construction. We are thankful for our selected partners on this project. Special shout out to Temporary Wall Systems for helping us navigate multiple phases allowing a constant change in air pressure relationships with each construction phase and surrounding patient and lab environments to stay operational.

We recently completed an MRI swing for the Invision Sally Jobe Red Rocks project, bringing a new GE HealthCare SIGNA Voyager MRI into the existing facility. The install required close coordination of the MRI room, control room, equipment room, shielding requirements, utilities, floor conditions, and temporary removal of the exterior storefront to safely bring the magnet into place.

A great example of the planning and teamwork required for complex healthcare construction in an active medical environment.

This year marked our sixth year of support to One World Surgery!

This amazing organization ignites the spirit of service and transforms lives by providing access to high-quality surgical and primary care globally. Full ambulatory surgery centers have been built in both the Dominican Republic and Honduras, providing life changing and lifesaving surgeries to people that would otherwise never heal.

Through Gold sponsorship, continued donation, and even sending staff to DR to get boots on the ground to support the cause, we continue to support. We remain inspired by every story we hear and event we attend. The ability to support a cause that creates opportunities to serve humanity on a global level is the type of thing our organization is all about.

At this year's soiree, we were surprised, humbled, and very grateful to receive the "2026 Champion" award for six years of unwavering support.

We are excited to announce we have commenced construction at the Century Cancer Center renovation project! This 10,000 SF phased project will include a new Siemens PET CT biograph and Artis Q IR procedure room.

Some final photos from the SCA Health Highlands Ranch Surgery Center project that was completed earlier this year!

This project included a full GI clinic with four standard GI procedure rooms and one combined GI and pain room. It also features an orthopedic surgery suite with five operating rooms, including one dedicated robotics room. These areas are supported by shared pre-op and PACU spaces, including private rooms. Additional components include office and administrative space, elevator integration, emergency power, a comprehensive nurse call system, medical gas systems, and a complex IT infrastructure. Our team also coordinated and managed a careful BIM process in coordination with the core and shell design team.

We’re continuing our 2026 Subcontractor of the Year Award spotlights, and last but not certainly not least is Frontier Mechanical Systems!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joel Miller, Kris Smith, and their team for many years, and we really value the relationship we’ve built with them over that time. We appreciate having a team we can count on to show up, deliver, and ask questions when they need to. That kind of communication and reliability makes a huge difference on our projects from pre-construction into full production.

FMS also brings a unique skill set to the table with their NFPA 99 medical gas certifications for staff as required to support our healthcare projects that involve medical gas systems, making them an especially valuable partner on our healthcare projects.
