This RAM dump body came to us looking pretty rough in the rear— worn, damaged, and definitely ready for some attention.

We tore into it, rebuilt and reinforced the rear assembly, fabricated new components where needed, added fresh tie-down points, and gave the whole setup a serious facelift before getting it back on the truck.

The finished product is stronger, cleaner, and built to put in the work!!

One of our favorite parts of what we do is helping local business owners keep their equipment working and looking its best.

This excavator was already plumbed and set up from the factory to run a hydraulic thumb—the missing piece was the thumb itself.

The owner finally found the right thumb to fit the machine, and Emerson Welding put it to work.

We handled the fabrication and welding needed to get the thumb properly mounted and ready to go.

A hydraulic thumb makes a machine like this even more versatile, giving the operator the ability to grab, hold, and position material instead of just digging and moving it.

(And of course, our big red truck was there to make sure we had everything we needed to get the job done!🔥)

Progress is taking shape at this VA Medical Center.

Our crew is on site installing a previously prefabricated PRV station, new underground low pressure steam and condensate piping, and new piping throughout the building.

Projects like this are about more than putting pipe in the ground—they’re about upgrading critical infrastructure to improve long-term reliability and performance for the people who depend on it every day.

We recently wrapped up another project for a local business that has been making some exciting improvements to its facility.

Our team fabricated and installed new safety bollards and handrails to help protect the upgraded exterior while improving accessibility.

Inside the building, we built and installed a custom expanded metal security enclosure to safeguard the mechanical equipment and utility systems without restricting ventilation or service access.

Every project is unique, and we take pride in building solutions that are both functional and built to withstand years of use.

We’ve been hard at work on the roof at the VA Medical Center, replacing rooftop chillers and installing new glycol piping.

Between the scorching temperatures, hot steel, and long days in the sun, this project has definitely tested us—but that’s what we do.

The heat has been relentless, but the progress doesn’t stop! 🔥
