❄️ Don't turn your AC off when leaving the house!

According to Trane, repeatedly turning your system off and on can actually use more energy and increase your utility bills.

Plus, if you let your home turn into an oven during the day, your system will have a much harder time cooling it down when you get back.

Instead, simply set the thermostat at a higher temperature while you're away. This way, you're not wasting cold air on an empty house—but you're also not letting the temperature rise unchecked.

HVAC issues often have more than one culprit!

That's what our team found when inspecting a failing air conditioner at a customer's home. Not only was their condenser coil extremely dirty, but an issue with the furnace was also preventing the AC from starting up.

After we cleaned the coil and got the AC back online (with the help of our trusted Trane product), the system was officially ready to take on the Colorado heat.
