Middle Deck Rebuild & Trex Decking Upgrade 🔨🏡

Another deck project completed by Pro Fencing and Landscaping!

For this project, the existing middle section of the deck was at a different height, creating an uneven transition and potential trip hazard. We completely rebuilt the middle deck section to bring it level with the existing deck for a safer, smoother transition.

Work completed included:
1) Complete rebuild of the middle deck section
All-New deck framing.
2) Leveled the middle deck to match the existing deck height.
3) Replaced the decking floorboards with new Trex composite decking.
4) Built new deck stairs.
5) Rebuilt/replaced railing sections on both sides of the deck stairs.
6) Clean, finished transition between the existing deck and newly rebuilt section.

The finished deck now has a more consistent walking surface, updated composite decking, and a refreshed overall appearance.

This project included removing damaged deck boards, repairing the middle section, and carefully leveling the entire middle deck so it matches the height of the surrounding deck for a smooth, safe, and professional finish. We also installed new cedar decking where needed and ensured everything was securely fastened for long-lasting durability.

🏡 Another Beautiful Xeriscape Transformation in Littleton, CO!

At Pro Fencing & Landscaping, we transformed this landscape by removing the existing top layer of grass, installing a durable black landscape fabric liner, and carefully placing 5–8" multi-colored cobblestone rocks for a clean, low-maintenance finish.

These larger cobblestones aren't a simple "dump and spread" material. Every rock had to be hand-placed and arranged one by one to create a natural, professional appearance. It takes extra time, effort, and attention to detail—but the finished result is worth it.
