Bahahah this is funny just had a meeting today for a large apt complex where I was readying the details and scope of the bids expectations as I was walking the property with one of the offices managers...only half of the thing had been done for years on end ...they wanted weeks killed in the grass like we all do so I'm looking and 38% of the grass areas were dirt and 60% was w**ds , so I asked if they knew that everything would basically be dirt after I killed all the w**d In the grass areas .lol and it's 30k Sq ft. As we walk everything in all sections for plant maintenance and w**ding and trash were all at the same level ..so yeah it bad but I'm thinking f**k it it just means we are going to make money getting getting this place back to looking nice again....then comes the end of the walk through and reading a top notch demand list of are Expectations and the lady ask what I thought the rough cost would be weekly. I threw her a number and she almost fell over in her seat as she was looking at her numbers ...so needless to say I'm probably not getting this one nor will I do what's asked for anything less of what I bid ...because I have to rebuild and fix up what has happened over the years of the hoa paying other company's that bid bottom dollar and just mowed the grass every week...so this post made me 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆
