A few weeks ago, we took some time to celebrate the people who make it all happen at our Employee Appreciation Event at Topgolf. Employees enjoyed an afternoon of friendly competition, great food, and prize drawings, including Visa gift card giveaways for some lucky winners.

We’re grateful for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork our employees bring every day. Events like these are just one small way we say thank you to the people behind our success. ⛳️

“How does Lexicon help you balance work and life outside the job?”

For Nick Hoffpauir, Accounts Payable Manager, it comes down to having the time and flexibility to stay connected to what matters most.

“The number of paid holidays we get each year is refreshing. I have more opportunities to spend time with my family because of certain additional days off, like Memorial Day and the day after Thanksgiving. Flexible scheduling has been huge for me as well.”

Outside of work, Nick stays involved in several church groups, including early-morning gatherings and worship band practices.

At Lexicon, supporting our people means recognizing that life outside the job matters too.

When temperatures rise, so do the risks. Heat illness can come on quickly, especially in the kind of work our crews do every day, which is why preparation, awareness, and looking out for each other matter just as much as the work itself.

Guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) keeps it simple and practical:

- Drink water often, not just when you feel thirsty.
- Take breaks in the shade or a cooler area when needed.
- Wear the right gear for the conditions and pace the work to match the heat.
- Most importantly, know the signs of heat illness and keep an eye on your crew, because catching it early can make all the difference.

At Lexicon, this is part of how we take care of our people. It is not about slowing down the job. It is about ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

, earlier this month, we officially cut the ribbon on the new AGT robot line at our Prospect Steel facility in Blytheville, marking a major milestone for the future of manufacturing at Lexicon.

It was a great day spent with our team, AGT Robotique partners, community leaders, industry partners, and guests as we showcased this next step in automation and innovation together.

The AGT BLOK 500 system is helping position Prospect Steel among the most advanced fabrication operations in the country and reinforcing our commitment to invest in technology that supports quality, efficiency, safety, and long-term growth.

Proud of everyone who helped make this project happen and excited for what’s ahead.
