Our own Sydney Brown is featured in Arkansas Next Pros!

As a key member of our preconstruction team, Sydney brings the expertise, dedication, and collaborative spirit that help drive successful projects across Arkansas. Team members like Sydney are why Baldwin & Shell continues to thrive 80 years after we opened our doors.

And a fun Baldwin & Shell success story: Sydney met her now-husband right here at work.

Congratulations, Sydney. We're lucky to have you on the team!

🔨 NAWIC Greater Little Rock Chapter Members participate in Women Build 2026! 🏡

On Tuesday, NAWIC members were onsite framing a Habitat home, putting their skills and teamwork to work to help build a stronger community. This reflects NAWIC’s commitment to supporting the construction industry, serving our community, and making a meaningful impact through hands-on volunteerism.

We’re proud to see our members putting their passion for construction into action and helping build brighter futures, one home at a time!

A special thank-you to Baldwin & Shell Construction Company and Summit Utilities for sponsoring this initiative and supporting Women Build 2026.

The NEF Block Kids Building Program gives students the opportunity to get hands-on, think creatively, solve problems, and explore the exciting world of construction in a fun and meaningful way. We are so proud of every student who participated and grateful to the parents and families who encouraged them along the way.

A special thank-you to our generous sponsors — Riggs Cat, TOLM Group, Little Caesars, McGeorge Contracting Company, Kinco Constructors, JW Heavrin, Inc., -BRO, and Hum's Hardware & Rental — for investing in our builders and helping make this event a success!

Together, we are inspiring the next generation of builders and helping shape the future of our industry.
