🤒If you have a cold or the flu this fall and winter, did you you know a sauna can help ease your symptoms?

🧰A sauna is a great tool in your daily wellness routine, and people have used it for centuries.

🙍Your sauna can clear congestion, relieve aches and pains, and promote relaxation all at the same time. There are also some new studies that show sauna bathing may even help chronic allergies and COPD.

Use the traditional heat setting on your Tylo sauna to help promote your breathing and keep your airways open. Don't have a sauna? Come see us in Little Rock or Conway and experience one first-hand.
