Every successful build starts with a strong preconstruction plan. At Kinco, that process is led by Vice President Adam Tullos. Adam oversees the planning, budgeting and coordination of all Kinco projects before the physical labor begins. His expert leadership maximizes value for our clients and gives our team a clear path forward. Ask anyone who’s worked with him, and they’ll agree – Adam is a machine. And we’re grateful to have him. https://bit.ly/4B3qiXS

The new home of Northside Church Texarkana is taking shape! It’s always an honor to be trusted with the construction of a worship center, and this project is no exception. Check out this video from our partners at Lewis Architects Engineers for a peek at the vision for this modern 18,000-square-foot facility, set to be completed in 2027. https://bit.ly/4AWm7gq

A space built for community and connection. We’re grateful to Graceway Baptist Church for trusting Kinco with its new worship center addition. From demolition and structural work to detailed brick, wood ceilings and glass installation, every element was thoughtfully executed. It was a privilege to complete this space, knowing it will be filled with meaningful moments for years to come.

How is your Monday going? Ours is off to a fun start! We don't get to pour concrete by helicopter every day, like we are today at the Trails at Mena.

Specialized projects call for specialized methods. 🚁 Last week, we flew in the forms for the bike lifts as we prepare for the next phase of construction. Up next? Pouring foundations and setting the towers by helicopter later this year.

As construction manager on the Trails at Mena, we’re excited to continue sharing updates on this record-breaking mountain bike park. https://bit.ly/4xUQJw0
