Just in time for summer, we held a free Lunch and Learn at our NWA office focused on heat stress and keeping workers safe during the upcoming Arkansas high temps! 🥵 As part of our exclusive partnership with OSHA, John Wolfe spoke to members on how to identify heat stress symptoms, how to properly acclimate new and returning employees to working in hot conditions, important steps they can take to protect workers from heat-related illnesses, and more! The CLC kicked off their first professional development Lunch & Learn on Financial Fluency & Executive Decision Making! 🧠Speaker Chris Glover of EOS Worldwide gave practical insights into improving decision-making and understanding the financial impact of daily operations. Attendees were given tips on how to make faster, more effective decisions using structured problem-solving tools, while also gaining clarity on how operational choices influence cash flow and profitability.
