The trip made it out of the chat 👏 the WER team had the most amazing weekend at Petit Jean camping, hiking, lots of campfire cooking and hanging out.
We came back refreshed and ready to create!

The WER team was honored to attend this year’s Peace at Home Family Shelter Courage Awards luncheon.

This year's Courage Awards honored the remarkable women who founded Peace at Home Family Shelter. In 1977, these women answered a critical need in our community long before systems or funding existed to support them. At the heart of that founding story are Dr. Barbara Taylor and Dr. Honore Hughes, who were there to accept this recognition, on behalf of all the founding mothers as we look ahead to the Peace at Home Family Shelter’s 50th anniversary in 2027.
