We’re seeking an experienced HR Director to lead HR for our growing, multi-entity heavy civil construction and excavation companies!
Highlights of the role:
- Own day-to-day HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, records, policies)
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and terminations
- Manage FMLA/ADA leaves and support compliance, unemployment, and workers’ comp
- Help build HR systems, training, and structure for a field-driven, growing
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience in construction/industrial or complex operational environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred
