Donna Renee - 2000 56’ Sunseeker Predator

We have spent a lot of time aboard Donna Renee upgrading various parts, and these decks have been in dire need of an upgrade. After many patches and repairs the owner finally pulled the trigger on a new Flexiteek fit.

We removed the existing teak & rubber deck and all epoxy/adhesive from the gelcoat. The core of the engine hatch had completely rotted out and it needed to be fixed before we were able to begin laying the new deck.

The owner chose a traditional Teak & Black color with a fully margined layout to compliment his blue and white cockpit. Thanks Mr. Watson for the business, we hope you enjoy this deck for many years to come!

Halo - Antares 42’ Hybrid Cat

Customer came to us with an issue with his gelcoat/nonskid finish. We were happy to give him the best solution on the market! We were able to meet him and take templates of the boat during his pass through in

Decking was constructed at our shop and we travelled up to NC while the boat stayed at Shallowbag Bay Marina. Installation was complete in good time for our customer to make his way up to the 2022 Annapolis Boat Show.

Seahawk - 42’ Invincible

Smitty’s Marine Woodworking traveled down to Savannah Yacht Center for this project. We were honored to be a part of this and meet so many awesome people along the way. We are awaiting final pictures from the crew for the main project, but here is the tender boat we completed a deck on.

All hand cut and welded together by yours truly, this client chose the Grey & Black to match the upholstery. They were in need of something with more grip than traditional nonskid but with a more durable and sleek finish. Both wet and dry, Flexiteek has phenomenal traction.

Tiger Tales - 1980 Grand Banks Classic

Completed the overhaul for this trawler and the owner is very pleased. Quite a few things were going on during her stay with us but she is all back together and home safe!

We completed brightwork and got all bronze back in place with all new hardware. The 3 steps to the flybridge were remade and covered in Flexiteek to match the rest.
2 new helm bases were constructed for seating on the flybridge and much much more!

Lots of hours in the project but the results are worth it. If you are looking to begin a project similar you know who to call!!

A little while ago a customer came to us looking for a better solution to his interior flooring. We talked about a few options and finally decided on a Lonseal, Inc. Faux Teak and Holly floor.

Regal - 53’ Sport Coupe

Nice add-on project we completed last week. Customer wanted to finish the synthetic decking on the stern of boat. We were able to get this project done in a timely manner before the customer left for Florida.

30’ Gamefisherman

Quick turnaround on this nice little sport fisher. We pulled the old teak deck off and went back with Flexiteek International Teak and Black.

Toe & Cap rails got some TLC as they had been exposed for quite some time. Now they are back to a mirror finish and protected for many seasons to come.

We wrapped up the last few days of this project in Charleston and have finally completed Blackjack. This was quite the experience and the owners couldn’t be more happy.

We put the final touches on and installed the refinished tables on the flybridge and aft deck Friday.
